* it is possible to transfer your registration in case you cannot participate. The only way to proceed it is to enter the original registration here by the runner quitting the event and rewriting all information with the new runner data no later than on 17th April 2020.

** max. 200 US / 50 UT / 70 RT resp. max. 100 US / 25 UT / 30 RT – in particular registration phase means the maximum number of open registrations, 200 or 100 ultra singles and 50 or 25 ultra relay teams and 70 or 30 relay teams

*** PACER for ULTRA SINGLES. Ultra singles can pick up their pacer from the Pezinská Baba aid station. ULTRA RELAY runners must not use pacers. Every single pacer has the right to use the aid station services (food, drinks, or drop bag service). Pacer has to pay 15,- EUR at his/her starting point aid station (all pacers). ULTRA SINGLES MUST register their PACER/s no later than on 17th April 2020 directly into their own registration. One ULTRA runner can have more pacers, however just and only one running at the same time! Pacers can switch just and only at the aid stations. In case of breaching this rule the ULTRA SINGLE runner or ULTRA RELAY TEAM will be disqualified. The other rules about pacers are available on  „Conditions for participation".

 

 THE NUMBER OF REGISTRATIONS IS LIMITED (SEE THE TABLE ABOVE)!

Only online registered or alternates that were rewritten in the registration system may become runners of the race.

RACE OFFICIALS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CLOSE, PROLONG OR MODIFY REGISTRATION CONDITIONS.

 

PRESENTATION

The first part of presentation is provided by online registration.  PACERS will be registered by their ultra runners in their registration file. Ultra runners may register their pacers latter on but no later than on 17th April 2020. The second part of mandatory presentation is needed to complete in the start area before the start and during given times specific for ultra-runners, ultra relay teams and relay teams. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO ATTEND FOR PERSONAL PRESENTATION AT THE BEGINNING OF GIVEN TIME FRAMES!

ULTRA RUNNERS start to complete the personal presentation in the start area between 15:30 and 18:30. PACERS will do the personal presentation at their starting point (aid station) before their runner comes. Without this presentation pacers will not be able to start the race.

ULTRA RELAY TEAMS resp. RELAY TEAMS (their captains or first runners) will start to complete their presentation in the start area between 18:30 and 20:30 resp. 20:30 and 22:30. Members of the teams MUST bring ALL documents of ALL relay team members. Documents MUST be signed by own hand by each team member. NO RUNNER of the team can start the race if the presentation is not 100% completed and ALL documents given to officials before the race!

The presentation before the start is mandatory. We strongly recommend to all runners to attend at the presentation as soon as possible. The start will not be postponed due to the late personal presentation.

Each ultra runner and ultra team runner, with no exception, is obligated to bring to the presentation before the start (resp. during the bib number pick up procedure)this particular Medical Check Proclamation document signed by runner and give it to the organizers. In case the document is not handed over the organizers the runner will not get his bib number and will not be allowed to start the race with no refound of the race fee. There will be the last chance to sign the document at the presentation before the start, however we very much recomend to bring this separate document with you and not wait in the queue.

 

VERY IMPORTANT!

THOSE ULTRA RUNNERS AND ULTRA RELAY RUNNERS (at least one of the team members with all requered documents of both runners) WHO WILL NOT ATTEND THE PERSONAL PRESENTATION WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RACE!

RUNNERS CANNOT SEND A DEPUTY FOR PRESENTATION!

EVERY RUNNER HAS TO HAVE AN ID AND INSURANCE DOCUMENT. WITHOUT THESE TWO DOCUMENTS THE PRESENTATION WILL NOT BE COMPLETED!

These rules are given for all ultra runners, pacers and at least one member of the relay team that is allowed to bring all documents to the start on behalf of the whole team.

The subject of the presentation before the start will be...

  • Bib number, start pack and runner’s chip pick up
  • CREW CARS identification bib pick up (single runners 1 car, ultra relay teams 1 car, relay team 2 cars)
  • Signing of the good health and good knowledge of the path and respecting the rules declaration
  • Signing the declaration of full responsibility for damage caused during and after the race
  • Drop Bags handover (in plastic water resistant packages) with singning of the bib number and name of the aid station where the bag should be placed
  • Baggage for the finish line handover. Just ONE bag or bag pack!
